1. Material Master and BOM Accuracy
a. Material master (Inventory part) creation, modification and follow up in ERP system
b. BOM (included rework BOM) creation modification and follow up in ERP system.
b. Ensure the data established correctly.
2. ECO Accuracy
a. ECO creation, modification, distribution, and implement
b. Ensure the data established correctly.
3. SLA management
a. Ensure all created, maintained, and distributed engineer data meet customer SLA
4. Problem solving management
a. Solve problem provided by internal and external customers
b. Work close with internal and external client to meet the business goal.
5. Productivity management
a. seek solution to improve productivity for cost reduction
6. Support supervisor and manager
a. Finish the work as supervisor and manager arranged
b. Provide correct data on the regular report in timely manner
