职位描述：
岗位职责 / Responsibility：
   - 负责样件车间产能规划、优化以及生产计划。
     Responsible for the planning and optimization of prototypeshop's production cpapcity and production planning.
   - 负责定义所需要的外部零件并下订单。
      Compose requests for components and parts, and place orders.
   - 负责样件项目报价的工艺输入，制定制造计划。
     Responsible for the process input of project quotation, make the manufacturing plan.
   - 生产设备、工艺装备的投资申请；如有必要负责特殊设备或者工具的设计和制造。
     Responsible for input of investment application for production equipment and process tooling; design and　　　　　
　 produce special machine or tools if it is necessary.
   - 负责跟踪投资的实施状态，并负责生产设备、工艺装备的竣工；计划、设计和实施特殊设备与工具。
     Responsible for the follow-up and completion of investment of production equipement and process tooling,
      plan,design,implement special machine and tools.
   - 负责收集制造数据并进行分析。
     Responsible for the collection of datas and anylysis.
   - 负责技术文件的管理。
     Responsible for the management of technical document.
   - 担任工程工具的核心用户，如SAP、Axalant、IQ-FMEA等。
     As key-user of engineering tools, such as SAP, Axalant, IQ-FMEA etc..
   - 负责解决相关技术问题。
     Responsible for the solving of related technical issues.
   - 协助完成工艺标准化工作。
     Support the standardization of key technologies.
   - 协助完成车间布局的规划和优化。
     Support the planning and optimization of shopfloor's layout.
   - 开发和制定样件的检验技术。
     Develop and make valid inspection plan for prototype parts.
   - 采购件的质量规划和安排采购件的来料检验。
     Quality planning and arrangement of incoming parts inspection for purchasing parts.
   - 与供货商定义与采购件一起送来的的文件。
     Jointly contact partner for definiton of the documents sent by supplier together with purchasing parts.
   - 装配件的质量规划并准备质检报告。
    Quality planning and preparation of the inspection report according to specification for assembled parts.
   - 负责采购件和后续生产件的最终放行，并安排配送到供应商处。
    Final release of the purchasing parts and parts for further production, and arrange delivery to customer.
   - 将所有来自图纸、LMN和客户的要求都合并，并互相符合。
     Combine and match all the requests from drawing, LMN and customer requirement.
   - 负责投诉采购件以及处理客户投诉。
     Responsible for complaint on purchased parts and customer complaint.
   - 一起描述工作并执行流程、步骤以及集团标准。
     Describe/work together on ,and implement the process, steps, SVA`s and GP`s.
   - 完成上级交办的任务。
     Other duties as assigned .

岗位资格 / Qualification：
- 教育背景：机械制造相关专业、本科或以上。
Education background: bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Manufacture or similar.
" - 工作经历：五年以上实际工作经历。有样件制造经历优先，尤其是熟悉控制臂或者结构件产品的机加工工艺，
有4轴或者5轴加工中心的编程经验，以及液压夹具和刀具的开发经验，熟悉三坐标测量。
有设备项目或产品项目管理经历。"
" Working experience: more than 5 years relevant working experience.Familiar with prototype parts building is a
plus, especially familiar with machining process of control arm or other structure parts, has progrmming
　　experience of 4 axis or 5 axis MCT, and the development experience of hydraulic fixture & tooling
　　 development, familiar with 3D measurement."

" Skills and Personality: fluent English (written and spoken); familiar with company's products, process and
quality requirement;familiar with the capacity of machining equipments(especially 4 axis & 5 axis MCT,
hydraulic fixture & tooling development capability; capability of measurement concept and making inspecetion
report, positive working manner, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork; good communication "
