职位描述：
? Business Partnering: Act as a reliable HR partner for the business leaders in the location by aligning HR strategies to the business strategies and to drive effective HR practices for the responsible location to enable to achieve the desired results / performance.
? Talent, Learning & Development: To act as a local Talent Manager in creating talent pipeline, to identify the development needs of the talents and to execute development measures.
? Compensation & Benefits: Responsible for the delivery of accurate, cost effective and timely solution relating to the application of Compensation & Benefits policies and processes.
? Resourcing & Recruitment: Provide successful solutions to resourcing issues based on the business needs. Execute an effective resourcing framework that attracts and retain the top talents both internally and externally
? HR operation: Manage the day to day HR service including Payroll in Taicang Organization to provide cost effective and efficient HR solutions that maximizes productivity, confidence and effectiveness of the organization.
? Labour Law Compliance: Act as a consultant to the employee relations issues based on China employment rules & regulations. Ensure the labour law compliance is strictly adhered in all HR aspects.
? HR Interface: Follow the HR processes, procedures and policies of Camfil APC. Act as a key HR interface for global HR team in providing necessary support to the team.


Desired Skills and Experience
? Well-developmed skills and knowledge of local labor laws
? Well-rounded experience in HR operations such as Personnel Management, Sourcing, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement
? HR work experience from an industrial environment is preferable
? A self-starter who is achievement and result oriented
? Ability to be credible at all levels of seniority
? Promotes a positive and effective work culture
? IT literate
