Position: C&B Manager
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1. Drive and implement company’s C&B strategy that is in line with business growth needs.
2. Analyze local salary structures (market benchmarking, market salary surveys, etc) and develop salary structure models that ensure market competitiveness, internal equity among employees, performance linkages.
3. Design and implement competitive C&B programs such as retention programs which will attract and retain key talent and general workforce in order to support business growth.
4. Implement and harmonize corporate C&B policies and programs, propose suggestions based on local practice.
5. Drive the annual performance review and ensure smooth implementation.
6. Develop variety of templates and samples of performance review tools.
7. Provide expert advice and guidance to HR leaders and management team concerning C&B issues.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; may have some post-graduate education or training.
2. At least 7 years C&B experience or HR generalist experience.
3. Good knowledge in HR operation, familiar with all kinds of C&B related policy and PRC labor law.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate effectively with all levels of people.
5. Straight forward and honest, hands-on and down-to-earth, eager to learn and grow, hard-working with proactive working style.
6. Good written and spoken English.
