Requirements:
1.3年以上品牌或广告行业客户服务经验
3+years of professional customer service experience in brand or advertisement
2.良好的中英文写作和翻译能力
Good writing and translation skills in both Chinese and English.
3. 逻辑清晰,沟通和表达能力佳
Logical thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills
4. 具备良好的业务开发能力,对于客户需求有敏锐的洞察力
Capability of business development, have a good sense of customer demand.
5. 能够快速熟悉并掌握公司品牌推广和设计项目所需的方法
Quickly acquiring proficiency in the tools and methods that we used to develop branding and design programs
.6. 广告、市场营销、新闻传播学、英语等相关专业优先
Advertising, marketing, journalism and communication, English or related major is preferred
主要职责:
Key Responsibilities:
1负责新业务的对接联络及相关工作
To be a window between company and new business.
2.针对客户需求、预算等各类资讯,开拓BU的新业务
Expand BU’s new business based on customer’s requirements, budget and other kind of information.
3长期或日常管理一个大客户或多个客户
Long-term and day-to-day management of one large account or multiple accounts
4 有效处理客户沟通,并协调项目顺利进展,提升客户满意度.
Communicate effectively, coordinate project in smooth progress, and increase customer satisfaction.
5.良好的团队协作能力,合理安排策略及设计团队的工作,确保按时,保质保量的交付工作成果
To be a good team-worker, arrange strategy and design team's work well, and ensure submit work product with good quality and on time.
6.熟悉并合理进行财务工作的规划安排,保障合同、发票、收款等工作有序进行
Familiar and make systematic arrangement of financial work reasonably, and guarantee contracts, invoices, receipts, etc orderly.
