工作职责
1、依生管排班提前做好生产设备的调整，按时保质保量完成生产任务；
2、针对异常产品协助产品做分析并改善；
3、充分利用自动化设备，提高生产效率；
4、按照培训需求做好各自的份内外工作；
5、熟悉各种自动生产设备性能及调试方法；
6、配合工程是做好各自份内外工作；
7、做好每天的交接班工作，及时了解生产状况；
8、掌握现场机台运作状况，异常发生及时解决，遇到重大问题及时反馈；
9、督导现场作业人员认真做好机器日常保养工作。
任职资格
1、机械/电机相关专业中专以上学历。
2、1-3年自动化设计及机械控制相关经验。
3、对问题根源具有较强分析能力，能顺利解决问题。
4、有较强的口头及书面表达能力，能够代表组装跨职能项目团队。
5、AutoCAD，随动控制，PLC方面有实际经验。
6、精通Office软件应用。
