职位描述：
Key Accountabilities
? Principally responsible for providing technical systems support to the installed system infrastructure,
? Including problem analysis and trouble-shooting.
? Manage and maintain network peripherals (network printers, user workstations, network connections), and perform inventory management and tracking.
? Install and troubleshoot PCs and Notebooks.
? Install Hardware/Software workstation implementations; ensure timely delivery of Desktop services.
? Provide training on operating systems, networks access, desktop utility software (Word processing, Messaging, and others).
? Contribute to developing and maintaining IT user training material.
? Provide support on desktop workstation operating systems.
? Provide technical expertise in the diagnosis and resolution of hardware related problems on site
? Managed/maintained equipment (mainly end-user workstations, network and local printers).
? Support Desktop Applications (Spreadsheets, Word Processors, and others).
? Provide regular status reports of all activities, plans and problems.
? Project management; as liaise coordinate with IT team, business team and external resources for IT project execution in local.


Language Skills
? Verbal & written communication both English and Mandarin

Minimum Work Experience
? Experience in systems support and operations, including LAN administration, PC and User support.
? Excellent problem solving and communications skills.
? Specific experience is required in one or more of the following areas: Hardware (Intel-based equipment),Software (PC based operating systems and applications);
? Experienced in using and understanding MS windows 7 system, MS office 2010/2013, office equipment (copier, printer, FAX, etc).
? Familiar with standard IP-based networking topologies, networking hardware and exposure to network. Standards, and network protocols.
