职位描述：
His main responsibilities will be to:
1) provide technical support to local partners (phone, mail, face-to-face).
He will need to show great listening skills to analyze customers’ issues, great organization of the tickets in the hotline platform, and quick-witted and patient approach to solve issues.
为国内客户提供技术支持（电话，邮件，现场等），需要耐心倾听客户的问题并进行分析，合理安排和组织技术服务热线，耐心地为客户解决问题
2) perform software testing under the supervision of French management (English speaking environment)
He will need to show a detail-oriented attitude and out-of-the-box thinking to go through the test plan.
在法国管理层监督下完成软件测试（英语沟通环境），注重细节，用创造性的思维完成测试任务
3) translate technical document from English to Chinese
翻译技术文档，英译汉

Compulsory: bachelor degree in Automation.
学历要求：本科及以上，自动化专业
Experience required: 0 to 2 years.
经验要求：0-2年工作经验

Skills required:
- Knowledge of Windows IT environment such as Windows and Windows Server, SQL Server
- Knowledge of network technology;
- Excellent communication skills, team player and rigorous organization skills;
- Good presentation and attitude.
