本职位为代“琵意提包装技术（上海）有限公司”招聘，琵意提包装技术（上海）有限公司是意大利公司投资的外资企业，该公司在食品、饮料、化妆品、清洁用品、药品的包装设计方面有领先的技术，在意大利包装技术领域方面享有盛名。本次招聘的岗位要求如下：
The Creative Project Manager will have substantial project management, supplier management, negotiation and experience working with a creative team at a senior level. The candidate will manage clients’ projects from start to finish, from brief through to implementation, constantly prioritizing, delegating and staying on top of all aspects of their projects, delivering on everything from administration and logistics through to design stages and presenting the project to the client.

Managing the accounts of multiple clients, working on up to 5-10 projects simultaneously, all at varying stages of design, production and presentation the candidate will build and maintain a positive relationship with clients ensuring they receive the best possible service. Taking ownership of timelines and critical paths the candidate will ensure all projects are delivered on time minimizing extra costs and charges.

The Creative Project Manager Will:
？ Take briefs from clients, and accurately communicate these to the design and production teams
？ Monitor the progress of the project through every stage of the process to ensure it meets the client brief and expectations
？ Work with the design and production teams to ensure that deadlines are achieved and the client brief is met
？ Work collaboratively with the designers in the development of packaging and graphic concepts and/or final turnover art
？ Develop and improve processes for managing development schedules and product approvals

The Creative Project Manager will be:
？ Solution focused with a positive outlook; ability to juggle a number of projects simultaneously, resourceful, highly organized and a good team player
？ Energetic, self-motivated, consistently proactive and showing initiative; able to manage his/her own time well
？ Good creative understanding and familiarity with design process and western/eastern culture
？ Proficient in all phases of design process-preliminary, development and production

The Creative Project Manager’s skills required are:
？ Design/Marketing degree required
？ 3-5+ years of experience in a design agency
？ 2-4+ years of project management experience
？ Excellent communication skills verbally and written both in Chinese and English
？ Ability to travel internationally to support the Sales & Design Teams
？ Possess and entrepreneurial spirit with a business oriented mindset
