职位描述：
Main Accountabilities: A specific description of your main weekly/monthly/yearly responsibilities, please note this is not your concrete annual target or objectives.

Responsibilities:
1.Achieve assigned annual sales target.
2.Responsible for sales into industries such as automotive, Paper, Chemical, Food&Beverage, etc by focusing on applications such as water treatment, dedusting, oil mist separation, etc.
3.Develop OE customers and realize sales for fluid filtration and air filtration.
4.Identify new opportunities, and lead other functions to acquire new business by following sales process.
5.Respond to customer field issues and coordinate solutions.
6.Collect AR timely to reduce company risk.
7.Provide timely sales forecast to support sales and production planning.
8.Support marketing activities such as market analysis, trade shows, etc.

Professional Competence:
1.At least 5 years Industrial sales & application experience, preferable in filtration industry.
2.Experience in value selling rather than commodity selling is wanted.
3.Basic business intelligence & analysis skill.
4.Basic knowledge in contract law.
5.Knowledge of and experience selling automatic filters and dedusting unit is a plus.
6.Candidate from famous Industrial Filtration company is a plus.

Personnel Competence:
1.A bachelor degree or above in engineering, automation, or related field.
2.Good English skills in reading and writing.
3.Good presentation and communication skills.
4.Good business acumen and negotiation skills.
