Key Account Manager (M/F)
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
? Pay regular visits to existing / potential customers and keep good relationships with Key Accounts.
? Identify decision makers and key influencers within each strategic account and develop a network of business relationships.
? Collect and organize RFQ from new customers and existing ones, arrange and involve relative departments to participate in quotation. With the supports of relative departments to finish quotation with reasonable raw material and process cost.
? Responsible for cost-profit margin management, provide draft quotation and recommendation to GM for decision-making.
? Keep a balance between customer needs and company benefit to maintain sound business.
? Clarify and deal with new RFQ according to internal standard process, follow up key business issues before SOP, cooperate with other department about PO and other work handover once new project SOP.
? Develop regular status reports and actively communicate business development progress with the management and peer groups to achieve consensus and support, arrange and coordinate internal department daily issue.
? In charge of RFQ files and routine report records management and maintenance.
? Deal with emergent cases regarding to customer special requirements, involve in all relative departments and make sure to deliver good service to customer.
? Collect the market information, and analyze the market status and demands
? Complete other tasks assigned by GM and feedback promptly.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
Your profile ideally includes:
? University degree in engineering: textile engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering and management or relevant major
? Familiar with marketing, business management, contract law, financial knowledge, cost sense.
? Automotive industry experience required 3 years minimum, greater than 5 years of related sales or engineering experience.
? Knowledge about technical textile protection products are preferred
? Accept flexible business trips.
? Proficient in written and oral English.
? A good team player, independent, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
