Job Responsibilities：
1. Lead the team in market analysis and communication. create and maintain strategic market analysis that covers macro auto market environment, customers, and competitors.
2. Lead the team to maintain contacts with external market and competitive intelligence resources and develop competitive intelligence jointly with customer focus team members
3. Work with commercial team and maintain commercial database including prices, market share, customer and competitor information continuously
4. Prepare marketing reports for the leadership team and present as required
5. Work with external partners, lead preparation and organization of company introduction, product flyers, souvenirs, events and fairs as a member of the communication team
6. Coordinate updates of company website on a regular basis
7. Coordinate marketing and communication initiatives across different regions
8. Management of special projects assigned
9. Train and develop subordinates.

Requirements：
1. Bachelor or above in Marketing or Business Administration preferred
2. at least 5 years of work experience in marketing and communication in automotive industry, and at least 2 years in supervisor/manager role.
3. Strong English capability in both speaking and writing
4. Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
5. Strong ownership and strong sense of team alignment
6. Strong in acquiring information, data and intelligence; Analytical thinker for data analysis; Strong in reporting and presentation;
7. Strong organizer of events and fairs
