职位描述：
Job Duty & Responsibility:
1. Work as key user for costing function in ERP system
2. Understand the whole process of the production, material planning, supply chain procedure
3. Product / project cost analysis and control
4. Make or buy analysis for the key product, providing financial analysis by products structure to prioritize and cost reduction efforts
5. Production overhead control, focus on the key overhead item analysis and control
6. Normal capacity utilization and absorption analysis
7. Supporting the project closing
8. Participate in the lean finance process
9. Other jobs assigned by the manager
10. Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.

12. Arranges and/or delivers proper training or coaching for subordinates to ensure they have the necessary knowledge, skills and ability to do their jobs.

13. Defines and/or explains clear work procedure and instructions for subordinates and also supervises subordinates closely to ensure their strict following.

14. Sets and explains clear competency and performance standards to subordinates and evaluates subordinates based on actual performance and also provides constructive feedback when necessary (e.g. when certain task is rated as Improvement needed or Unsatisfactory.)
设立并向下属解释胜任力及绩效标准，根据实际的工作表现对其绩效进行评价，必要时应提供建设性的反馈建议。（如当某项任务被评定为“需要改进”或“不满意”时。）

Job Requirement & Qualification:
1. 4 years university degree with a Finance or Accountant, (211 level university preferred), CPA, CMA, CIMA, ACCA is plus;
2. 4+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting or controlling/FP&A experience in manufactory environment, leading experience is preferred
3. Pre-active, open mind, team spirit, highly responsible & reliable
4. Results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills
5. Good command in English both written and spoken
6. Ability to work effectively with people under difficult circumstances and tight timelines
