岗位职责：
 解决设备的各类故障、对设备进行分析改进、提升维修队伍技能水平；
 分析、判断并解决现场控制设备的各类故障；
 对设备进行分析和不断改进；
 参与设备规划和管理工作, 制订相关制度, 计划和规程等；
 对维修人员和设备操作人员进行必要的培训与指导。
任职资格：
 本科或以上，电气自动化及控制或相关专业；
 三年以上设备维修工作经验；
 熟悉相关的国际和国家电气技术标准和规范,熟悉大型PLC, 有较强的编程能力; 熟悉变频设备, 有较强的参数设置和故障分析能力,熟悉强电控制和弱电控制, 以及工厂供电知识,良好的英语基础和交流表达能力,有一定的机械维修知识和技能。
