作为采购中心的一员,采购主管需要为埃赫曼集团全球所有工厂提供有高附加值以及专业的服务。着眼于为集团创造高价值的服务,采购主管需要负责与合格供应商发展以商务合作、技术与创新为推动力的新型合作伙伴关系。
主要职责:
市场分析:
根据采购工作的需求,采购主管需要:
-进行市场调研,其目的在于:
1-寻找最适合埃赫曼集团的供应商,
2-了解并掌握供应商的市场前景(包括政治,技术,环境以及法务等方面),
-在质量经理的协助下,对新的供应商进行预评估,
-协助质量经理对合格供应商数据库进行更形,
-通过参加展会来了解最新的市场趋势以及供应商信息,
-安排内部客户的供应商考察
-不断了解和掌握埃赫曼集团新的或者更新的技术需求,
-协助质量经理和内部客户沟通来不断更新各个种类产品的审核或检验标准。
询盘处理:
采购主管需要:
-从内部客户处收到询盘后,协助质量经理对相关文件进行评估后,将其分发给适合的供应商进行询价,
-在询价阶段,组织协调询价相关的问题及其澄清以及后续的跟进工作,以确保所有询盘能够得到及时回复,
-根据内部客户的具体要求,收集并分析报价后将其提供给内部客户,并在需要时协助内部客户与供应商进行谈判。
供应商关系与管理:
采购主管需要对供应商关系进行管理和维护:
-根据质量经理提出的指导性意见以及内部客户的具体要求,对供应商进行预评估,
-在质量经理的协助下,为供应商充分解释说明内部客户的询价文件的含义以及具体要求,使其充分理解,
-在质量经理的协助下,将所有供应商提出的所有提高其技术方面或者商务方面竞争力的意见或建议及时反馈给内部客户,
-通过拜访供应商来更好地进行跟单等工作并及时发现有可能的脱期等问题。
合同管理:
针对所有已签订的订单或合同,采购主管需要:
-协助内部客户结合原产国以及目的国相应的法律法规的实际情况起草合同,
-协助管理合同项下所有的运输与报关等事宜,
-根据合同条款与内部客户及供应商协调安排相关付款事宜,
-根据内部客户的意见,处理与供应商的意见分歧或者相关谈判,
-协调内部客户对于所采购货物或者服务的满意度并以之基础制定供应商改进计划,

Job Context:
As part of a team providing value-added services to Eramet entities across the world, Sourcing Supervisor will be responsible for a purchasing portfolio, for which he/she will develop a strong commercial, technical and innovation driven relationship with a pool of qualified suppliers, aiming at the highest creation of value for the group.
Main Accountabilities:
Market Analysis:
For his/her purchasing portfolio, the Sourcing Supervisor will:
-Carry out market reviews aiming at:
1/The identification of the most suitable suppliers for Eramet,
2/The understanding of the suppliers market forecast (political, technological, environment, laws…),
-Propose and implement pre-qualification of new suppliers, with support of the Quality Manager,
-Assist the Quality Manager to updated a data base of qualified suppliers,
-Attend exhibitions, fairs to collect the latest updates and the trend of the supplier market,
-Arrange sourcing missions with internal clients,
-Update his/her knowledge of any change/new Eramet technical needs,
-Assist Quality Manager to work continuously with internal clients to define qualification criteria related to commodities.
Request for Information / Request for Quotation (RFI/RFQ):
The Sourcing Supervisor will:
-Receive RFI/RFQ documents from internal clients, assist Quality Manager to assess them, and then forward them to suitable suppliers.
-Coordinate the questions and answers during the RFI/RFQ process, and follow it up, to ensure RFI and RFQ are answered on time.
-Along procedure / role agreed with internal clients, collect bids, analyze them and forward them to internal clients, assist internal clients to negotiate with suppliers.
Relationship with Suppliers:
The Sourcing Supervisor will support the relationship with suppliers by:
-Performing the supplier pre-qualification, along guidelines of the Quality Manager and specific criteria defined by internal clients,
-Providing information needed for the good understanding of the specifications (RFI/RFQ) from internal client, with the support from Quality Manager,
-Forwarding to internal client any request or suggestion from the suppliers that can technically and economically improve their competitiveness, with the support from Quality Manager,
-Visiting suppliers for the follow-ups of the contract and detect possible deviations in delivery lead-times.
Contract Management:
For placed orders and contracts, the Sourcing Supervisor will:
-Support internal clients in preparation of valid contracts, considering rules and regulations of country of origin and country of destination,
-Assist to supervise all transport and custom clearance related to the order or contract,
-Coordinate with internal client and supplier regards payments along contractual guidelines,
-Manage the settlement of all disputes according to the strategy defined by internal client,
-Ask internal client for feedback on the service level performance to define supplier improvement action plans.

-Good knowledge of management of contract follow-ups,
-Good knowledge of international logistic operation and Chinese regulatory issues on specific articles,
-Good communication skills and confidence in working with distant foreign resources.

In 2004, nickel prices reached all-time highs due to growing demand and limited supply, with an average price of 6.27 USD/ld. Demand for ferronickel for stainless steel (which consumes 2/3 of global nickel production) and for nickel for alloys rose sharply from 2003, while other outlets (electroplating,electronics) were stable. In total, the division achieved operating income of 310 million in 2004.
