职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、协助口腔科主任进行医疗、教学、科研发展规划；
2、拟定本岗位的工作计划，并在本中心主任领导下组织实施；
3、负责把控本岗位的医务质量及服务质量；
4、负责顾客病历、档案建立及管理；
5、参与一些重大、疑难、紧急口腔问题的会诊及技术研究；
6、协助口腔科主任对新项目、技术、设备的评审、引进及推行；
7、客户发生医疗事故或其他重要问题时，负责及时处理，并向口腔科主任汇报；
8、协助口腔科主任处理本医疗组的医疗投诉；
9、依据门诊要求承担部分业务教学、培训、技术创新及学术交流工作；
10、认真执行各项规章制度、手术操作常规和服务规范，确保医疗安全，提高医疗质量，严防差错事故；
11、学习并运用国内外先进医学科学技术和诊疗技术，开展新技术、新疗法，进行科研工作，及时总结经验，撰写学术论文；
12、指导咨询师以提高业务技能，主动配合其它部门工作。

任职资格：
1、全日制正规院校本科毕业，口腔医疗专业；
2、口腔执业医师及以上职称；
3、至少三年以上正畸临床工作经验；
4、精通口腔正畸技术，有实际操作经验和病例积累；
5、具有良好的服务意识和沟通协调能力；
6、有境外口腔临床工作经验或其他外资口腔诊所工作经验者优先；
7、户籍不限，有三甲口腔科工作经验者优先；
8、有《医师执业资格证书》具有主治医师及以上资格优先。 举报 分享
