职位描述：
Responsibility:

全面负责UPS浦东转运中心的航空安全方面工作，主要包括以下几点：
The Facility Security Coordinator (FSC) takes charge of the Aviation Security related tasks of the UPS PVG Hub, mainly includes:

1） 为民航局或其他航空安全部门的检查做准备，并根据要求进行及时有效的改进；
Prepare for the inspection from CAAC and other Aviation Security Authorities, get the improvement done timely and effective according to the requirement;

2） 对比国际和国内航空安全相关规定，及时改进或反馈现有操作的不足；
To compare the UPS internal guideline with International and National Aviation Security regulation. Find out the insufficient of operation and improve promptly;

3） 监督UPS场所内机场控制区的安全管控工作，及培训相关工作人员；
Monitors the security control performance inside the UPS Designated Security Area (DSA), and provide Aviation Security Training to related employee;

4） 与内外部客户保持良好的沟通合作，并及时传达航空安全方面的最新规定；
Keeps on good relationship and cooperation with internal/external customers, relay the newest aviation security regulation to the customer promptly;

5） 执行日常安全检查工作，确保安全流程的有效执行，保证航空货物的安全；
Performs the daily security check, ensure the compliance of security procedure is implemented well so that to secure the air cargo well;

6） 针对日常工作和改进计划，按照要求制作各种相应报告；
Prepares various reports according to the daily exception and the corrective action plan;

7） 完成上级领导交办的其他事宜。
Accomplish other tasks which are delegated from your supervisor

岗位要求：
Requirements:

1） 本科及以上学历；三年以上航空、安全、国际物流等相关背景或工作经验；
Bachelor degree or above; At least 3 years relevant background or working experience in Aviation, Security or International Logistic

2） 优秀的英文口语和书面能力，能熟练运用电脑办公软件；
Good skills in written & spoken English, skillful in using MS Office

3） 适应细致的工作要求，并保证其机密性；
Can adapt the working request in detailed, and keep the security sensitive information confidentially.

4） 具有良好的安全与合规意识
