采购物流专员需要配合采购经理来处理所有从合格供应商处采购相应的货物或者服务的相关事宜。同时,与所有合格供应商都需要建立并维持良好的合作关系。
采购物流专员需要和国外的内部客户以及供应商及时协调与沟通,以确保所有采购货物在整个物流过程中的高效性以及一贯性。
主要职责:
合同管理:
针对所有签订的订单以及合同,采购物流专员需要:
-协助采购经理结合原产国以及目的国相应的法律法规的实际情况起草合同
-确保合同的顺利执行,其中包括:
1-根据既定的生产计划核实生产进度,
2-与质量经理/检验员协调并及时安排质量检验,
3-核实已发货物的实际情况以及确保相关物流文件的准确性
4-根据合同条款与内部客户协调付款事宜,
5-协调与合同相应的运输,清关以及检验等事宜,
-根据实际生产的进度及时与内部客户沟通并更新交货日期
-在质量经理的协助下,与内部客户沟通所有关于所购货物的所有问题,

-更新数据库中所有供应商的数据信息,
-不断掌握埃赫曼所有新的或更新的产品技术要求,
供应商关系与管理:
采购物流专员需要协助供应商的关系维持与管理,具体包括:
-将所有供应商提出的提高其技术方面或者商务方面竞争力的意见或建议及时反馈给采购经理和质量经理,
-通过拜访供应商来更好地进行跟单等工作并及时发现有可能的脱期等问题(如有必要),

Job Context:
Once suppliers have been qualified, a stable relationship has to be maintained and gradually developed. Under the management of Sourcing Managers, the Procurement &Logistic Agent shall handle all orders in the range for which suppliers have been qualified.
To ensure consistency and efficiency in the processing of transportation, the Procurement & Logistic Agent shall coordinate all the related affaires of the transportation in China and overseas.
Main Accountabilities:
Contract Management:
For placed orders and contracts, the Procurement & Logistic Agent shall:
-Support the Sourcing Managers in the preparation of valid contracts, considering rules and regulations of country of origin and country of destination.
-Ensure smooth implementation of the contracts, in particular by:
1/Checking the manufacturing status with the given milestones,
2/Coordinating on time quality inspections and tests, to be performed by the Quality Manager / Inspectors,
3/Checking the details of delivered goods and conformity of shipping documents,
4/Coordinating payments with internal clients and suppliers in conformity with contracts,
5/Coordinating all transportation, custom clearance and inspection operations related to the contracts
-Coordinate with internal clients about updates of the delivery dates,
-Answer all question from the internal client about the status of his order or contract, with support of Quality Manager.
Market Knowledge:
For his/her portfolio, the Procurement & Logistic Agent will:
-Keep updated the data base regarding each supplier,
-Update his/her knowledge of any change / new Eramet technical needs,

Relationship with Suppliers:
The Procurement & Logistic Agent will support the relationship with suppliers by:
-Forwarding to Quality Manager and Sourcing Manager any request or suggestion from the suppliers that can technically or economically improve their competiveness,
-If needed, visiting suppliers for the follow-ups of the contract and detect possible deviations in delivery lead-times,
Logistics:
The Procurement & Logistic Agent will coordinate the transportation operations of all goods transported in China and overseas, in the frame of instructions given by internal clients or as per contractual terms.
The Procurement & Logistic Agent will provide the reliable estimations of transportation price to any destination.
Missions:
The Procurement and Logistic Agent will support the team and internal clients for the arrangement of mission, including booking of train and air tickets. He or she will manage re-invoicing operations to the entities to which belong the external visitors.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experiences:
-University degree in international business,

-Good knowledge of international logistic operation and Chinese regulatory issues on specific articles,
-Good communication skills and confidence in working with distant foreign resources.

In 2004, nickel prices reached all-time highs due to growing demand and limited supply, with an average price of 6.27 USD/ld. Demand for ferronickel for stainless steel (which consumes 2/3 of global nickel production) and for nickel for alloys rose sharply from 2003, while other outlets (electroplating,electronics) were stable. In total, the division achieved operating income of 310 million in 2004.
