Founded in 1997 (the "Group"), Jinhong Fashion Group Co., Ltd. was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2014 under the stock code 603518. Headquartered in Shanghai, China, the Group has been developing and designing independently for many years, with research and development design centers and international operations teams in Milan, Italy, Seoul, Korea, Shanghai and Nanjing, China. The Group vision is to build a luxury brand with Chinese cultural elements, and become one of the world's top three fashion groups.
