Duties & Responsibilities:

Underwrites and develops Financial Lines products including but not limited to Directors & Officers Insurance, Professional Liability, Crime Insurance, and Kidnap & Ransom Insurance

董事及高管责任保险，职业责任保险，商业犯罪保险，安全防护保险等特殊险种的核保(包含风险分析，与客户、经纪公司、代理公司洽谈承保范围、价格与合同条款) 以及渠道推广工作

Development & implementation of underwriting & marketing strategies to meet production target effectively and profitably.

有效推动当地目标市场的发展以及核保政策，并最有效地达成各产品线的业务及利润目标

Training & development of both internal & external producers

外部及内部的销售人员的教育训练工作

Candidate Qualifications:

University degree will be a must with a preference of a degree in law/ finance/ accounting/ Insurance

本科以上学历，希望主修法律、金融、会计或保险专业

At least 1-3 years working experience, preferably in a multinational company within the financial industry

1至3年工作经验，有跨国的金融机构工作经验的优先

Must be fluent English/Mandarin, written and spoken. Cantonese will be a plus

优秀的中英文读写及语言能力

Good financial, analytical, communication, and presentation skills

良好的财务、分析、沟通、及简报能力

Suitable for people with outgoing personality and team oriented

Target and result oriented, tactful in solving problems, willing & able to learn in a face pace environment
