建筑涂料省区经理 工程渠道
职位描述:
岗位职责
1.负责开发区域内工程项目，签订代理协议，做好维护工作。完成区域季度、年度销售目标。
2.拓展和培养所辖工程渠道类型的销售网络
3、制作项目标书，组织安排样板制作、议标、唱标等工作，确保项目投标工作的顺利进行；
4.负责向代理商传达公司最新的销售政策和市场动态信息
5、安排好代理商的进货和回款工作，协助代理商进行项目施工管理，监控工程质量和材料的正确使用，维护公司品牌形象
；6.制定本辖区的客户拓展计划和产品销售工作计划
7、制定工作周报、月报和周工作计划、月工作计划并实施；.定期向直属领导汇报工作
任职要求：
1、有一定的销售经验和技能，建筑涂料、建材销售经验者优先。
2、五年以上建材销售工作经验，主动性强，有渠道开发和建设经验；
3、较强的组织能力、沟通协调及谈判能力，良好的语言表达能力和市场开拓创新能力；
4、能适应出差，有涂料、建材行业工作经验者优先。
