Role Purpose:

1. Response for planning, designing, scheduling and executing all training related activities for the assistance department, catering specifically to the needs of the Greater China market both inbound and outbound.
2. Designs training materials for new hires and existing employees
3. Plans and schedules the training curriculum for the assistance team
4. Carries out training using different methods such as classroom, 1 on 1, coaching, etc. Adapting to both operational and individual needs
5. Has the ability to work flexible hours in order to accommodate to the training schedule of a 24/7 operation

Qualifications Required:

1. 5-10 years experience in Travel Assistance, Travel Industry, Medical Assistance, Client Relations or Customer Service – at least 2-3 years with an international company
2. Excellent people & communication skills, determination, resourcefulness, problem solving, patience and flexibility.
3. A mature and strategic approach to business management
4. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
5. Ability to work under pressure and in a multi-cultural environment
6. Strong teamwork skills
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are required
8. Good command of MS Excel
9. Bachelors Degree or equivalent
