Role Purpose:
? Organizes schedule for visitors
? Manages the relationship with utilities companies, office supplies and other day to day providers
? Acts as receptionist for the AIG Travel operation
? Is in charge of all admin activities
? As the need arises, other admin related tasks will be added to the role

Experience & Qualifications Required:
? 0-2 years experience in Travel Assistance, Travel Industry, Medical Assistance, Client Relations or Customer Service – Experience in international companies is preferred
? Excellent people & communication skills, determination, resourcefulness, problem solving, patience and flexibility.
? Attention to detail and ability to follow critical procedures in a consistent way
? Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
? Ability to work under pressure and in a multi-cultural environment
? Strong teamwork skills
? Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are required
