职位描述
Objectives:
The Activity Coordinator handles the secretarial work of the Certification Department in the framework of the certification scope of LCIE China
Duties & Responsibilities:
Admission process
-Apply for license issuing in the relevant Certification Body as soon as the folders are duly completed.
-Follow-up the licenses application and update the status.
-Transfer the licenses to the customer service representative.
-Order and archive the folders and documents.
-Update the relevant follow-up tables.
Follow-up services (control tests - NFC)
-Prepare the control test folders according to the relevant procedure.
-Follow-up the control tests status.
-Prepare the decision letter according to the requirement of the Operational Certification Manager
-Send the control test report and the decision letter to the license holder.
-Follow and record the corrective actions.
Annual fees
-Calculate the annual fees for each license holders.
-Prepare and send the annual fees debit notes.
-Follow-up the payment status.
-Chase-up the license holders in case of non-payment.
Batch control
-Handle the administrative part of batch control (prepare the folders, communication with clients…)
Certified product list
-Inform the client about the license status (upon request)
-Inform the test team and inspection team about the license status (upon request)
-Verify the validity of license on IT Tool of relevant Certification Body and inquire in case of problem.
Assist the Operational Certification Manager
-Handle any task upon request of the Operational Certification Manager.
Skills and Requirements:
Technical Skills:
-Knowledge of the Certification rules and process,
Quality:
-Follow the internal quality system of LCIE China,
-Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements
General:
-Proactive working attitude / self motivated / professional
-Team spirit / team working,
-Maturity allowing to work in an autonomous way / able to solve problems / Open to new projects, reactivity
-Creativity, initiative, and independence in solving small problems and propose solutions,
-Strong written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate effectively with a various level of persons,
-Organizational and time management skills,
-Good communication skill (speaking professional, avoid misunderstanding, deal with complaints, negotiation skill)
-Basic technical knowledge about inspection,
-Client orientation, team spirit and sense of responsability
Education & Experience:
-University level,
-2 years experience in a similar position,
-Fluent in English (spoken / written),
-Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel
