Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Assist GMO to complete various regulatory reports and fulfill requirements stipulated by insurance regulator in a timely and accurate manner,
2. Contribute to drive production and promotional activities, e.g. initiate and organize seminars, training, campaigns and other promotional activities for external channels,
3. Responsible for conducting research of market intelligence and industrial trend to support business decision by branch management,
4. Assist Shenzhen BD Head to manage Shenzhen BD’s business portfolio and Shenzhen BD team,
5. Contribute to Shenzhen BD’s strategy setting and develop & execute by-broker strategy and action plans,
6. Develop and maintain strategic business relationship with brokers and domestic insurers,
7. Identify and develop Multi-National Account (MNA) or major accounts as per business plan agreed upon
8. Achieve assigned production budget for new and renewal business,
9. Cross-sell other LOBs to existing accounts,
10. Explore reinsurance and co-insurance opportunities from local insurers,
11. Co-ordinate with PC on major multi-line accounts,
12. Closely monitor and manage premium receivables.
13. Undertake ad-hoc BD tasks and projects as required,
14. Other jobs as assigned by DGM.

Candidate Requirements:

1.Good command of English both in writing and speaking, good presentation skills,
2.University or above, ideally majoring in Business Administration or Economy,
3.Strong negotiation, inter-personal and relationship management skills
4.Good communication skills with both internal and external parties
5.Have sense of urgency and be able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
6.Determined, self-motivated, and result-orientated
7.Attention to details
8.Demonstrates leadership potential
9.Experience in broker management, business development or marketing is preferable
