职责描述：

1.遵循公司合规要求及监管机构要求，及时审核理赔、估算及赔付损失或设立理赔准备金；

2.直接就理赔事宜与外部客户沟通及协商，如索赔人，被保险人及调查人员等；

3.理赔查询及理赔投诉处理;

4.联系相关机构进行简单必要的事实核实；

5.应业务渠道或客户要求编写报表；

6.为意健险理赔分析及培训提供医学意见

7.主管或经理布置的其他事项

1.Review loss information and determine coverage based on policy requirements and applicable legal/statutory/regulatory issues. Estimate and pay losses or set appropriate reserves timely in line with Fast Fair Friendly claim philosophy.

2.Prepare correspondence or directly communicate and negotiate with external sources including claimant, insured, investigator regarding coverage, deductibles and other related issues

3.Claim inquiries and complaint handling

4.Contact related institution for claims fact investigation

5.Reporting for channels or VIP account as required

6.Provide medical opinion for A&H claim analysis and trainings

7.Perform any other tasks, assignments and responsibilities assigned by Superiors/managers
