The job (Responsibility)
You will be working in close collaboration with our customers & suppliers and your job will mainly consist of the following responsibilities:
? Negotiate prices with new and existing suppliers
? Optimizing of purchase and cost prices
? Source and contact new suppliers
? Implement our trading agreements with new and existing suppliers
? Prepare a participate in kick-off meeting for clarifying projects, RFQ and SO
? Prepare and send quotations to our customers within Compfitt Group
? Responsible for a group of suppliers
? Organize and keep your projects up to date
? Communicate with customers within Compfitt Group
? Communicate with suppliers and visit them
? Communicate with the P&L manager, technical experts and QC manager on a daily basis
You will mainly be working at the Chinese headquarter in Daliang Town, Shunde, Foshan.
Skills Required:
? Fluent in both spoken & written English /Chinese
? Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
? Must be responsible & able to work effectively, both independently and in a team
? Fluent in negotiation skills
? Must be systematic, flexible & service minded
? Good interpersonal and communication skills

Special attributes
? Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and interfaces with customers and suppliers in a cross functional environment

You will be working in close collaboration with our tracking& suppliers and your job will mainly consist of the following responsibilities:
• Visit suppliers for fulfilling QC inspections according to specifications
• Fill out QC report, and reply to suppliers if okay or not.
• Prepare for inspections with transport planning, supplier contact, tools and samples
• Communicate result to suppliers and own organization according to standards.
• Do test at our own facility, and other related things that belongs in QC-dep.
• Report to QC Manager by using standard formula
• Responsible for reimbursement according to company rules and policies
You will mainly be working at the Chinese headquarter in Daliang Town, Shunde, Foshan.
Skills Required:
• Must be honest a team player and quick learner.
• Fluent in Chinese spoken & written. English in level CET.6 or higher.
• Good computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office
• Must be able to understand the inspection criteria and be able to identify defective component after inspection.
• Proficiency in the use of standard measuring device, i.e. Calipers, micrometers, altimeter, tape measurement etc.
• Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings
• Must be able to use and understand international standards
• Must have effective communication with supplier.
• Be familiar with ISO and quality management system
