Job Description

The role is responsible for driving continuous improvement for all aspects of DC operations to deliver the target of cost saving, service and efficiency improvement.

Tasks ：

• Identify the opportunities for improvement for the whole DC operations.
• Set up and lead the continuous improvement projects.
• Identify improvement actions by utilizing KAIZEN methodology and tools.
• Drive action planning and implementation by collaborating with cross functions.
• Track and review all continuous improvement projects after implementation.
• Provide relevant training to the DC operation team and embed the culture of continuous improvement.
• Responsible for delivering the target of cost saving, service and efficiency improvement.

Skills：

• 5 years above DC operation experience
• Experience on project management
• Deep knowledge on KAIZEN and continuous improvement
• Logical, structured way of thinking and analyzing
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Good English skill is preferred
• EC logistics experience id preferred
