Responsibilities
工作职责
Manage procedures and control to assure accuracy of DFS inventory and sales reporting, perform necessary adjustments in DFS systems (monthly reconciliation, review pending RTV, Loc-to-Loc transfer, IDT out etc) 管理DFS系统中关于存货、销售报告、必要调整的程序以及控管，以确保准确性
Manager physical stock counts as necessary and perform necessary PI adjustments 管理实际盘点并做出必要的调整
Implement and manage procedures to control quality of inventory, especially with regards to aged inventory, damaged, L/F. Communicate as appropriate with Operation teams, local Merchandising and Logistics team, management to implement necessary actions 对存货数量实施管理及程序控制，特别关于即将到期的存货、破损品等，并与本地运营、采购、物流团队及管理层沟通，并实施必要的行动
Work closely with Logistics and Merchandising to develop and improve FIFO and inventory quality management in Hainan: 与物流及采购部密切合作，提高海南存货的先进先出及存货数量管理
Improve and simplify existing processes (aged inventory, physical count...)
Develop new processes to improve FIFO management and inventory quality management
Follow regulation changes and implement necessary risk management tools to mitigate risks
Develop an efficient process to re-export aged and damaged merchandise at appropriate time
Work with Logistics and Merchandising team to improve integrity of data in the systems in order to reduce shipment time and potential risk of ordering errors: 与物流及采购部密切合作，提高系统数据的准确性，以缩短货运周期及订货失误的潜在风险
Retail Price check
Suggest any additional procedures to improve management of data integrity in the system
Work with DFS Merchandising and Logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory movement (timing of booking, damaged goods, stock transfer, re-export process)...与物流及采购部密切合作，确保顺畅的存货动态
Develop trusting working relationships with other DFS teams in Hong Kong, Singapore, etc. 发展与DFS其他香港、新加坡团队的可信任工作关系
Provide and present synthetic updates on inventory situation to management 向管理层提供存货的综合状况
Manage and develop the Hainan Inventory Control Team 管理及发展海南存货团队

Requirements
职位要求
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions 大学本科以上学历，或足够具备胜任能力的同等学历
Strong command of English language; Fluent in Mandarin 英语语言能力强，普通话流利
At least 3 years of experience in retail, wholesale or other service industry 至少三年以上零售、批发及其他服务行业从业经验
Key competencies include: strong interpersonal skills, customer services, energetic, team oriented, ability to multi-task, composure under pressure, keen to learn 良好的人际关系及顾客服务意识，精力充沛，良好的团队合作精神，多任务及压力下工作能力，学习意愿强
Professional in appearance, demeanor and language 专业的形象、行业及语言
