?               Supports the design, organization and facilitation of training programs for associates

?               Facilitates training using a variety of instructional techniques such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions and videos

?               Develops training procedure manuals, guides and other course materials such as handouts and job aids

?               Evaluates training activities and development resources’ effectiveness

?               Develops career pathing tools for ATG functional areas

?               Monitors training costs and prepares budget reports

?               Prepares quarterly and annual Learning and Development reports to reflect training hours and training quality using data from Learning Management System and end-of-course evaluations

?               Maintains up-to-date training assets on the Learning Management System

?               Organization culture promotion and building by variety methods

?               Experience leading projects, leveraging consultative skills

?               Experience with a Learning Management System

?               Experience with Microsoft Office, heavy emphasis on Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

?               Experience in roles with a customer-facing orientation and emphasis on customer service

?               Experience in roles that require organization and accurately maintain employee information
