Job description :
1.Support PD to follow up on pattern, shoe last and outsole moulds review in the factory Jinli/Coolking
2.Attending production trail of style to be introduced into the factory of assignment
3.Assisting CFS company to implement the policy of "No confirmation sample, no production". Production can't start without a confirmation sample approved by CFS PD
4.Making production material inspection and collecting materials and shoes from "In process" and current production at the factory for lab test in our authorized laboratory
5.Making "In process" inspection to ensure that CFS specificatoions and process requirements are being followed according to CFS FW quality standards
6.Making packing/labeling inspection to follow CFS requirements;
7.Making final inspection of shoes of all orders in the factory of assignment according to CFS Quality Inspection Procedure and product standards;
8.Ensuring quality and delivery objectives are consistently acheived.

Requirements:
1.High school's education or above;
2.Min 10 years famous brands production working experience in shoes industry and Min 5 of 10 years isfor PD paper patten making. Must have ladies shoes experience.
3.Knowledge of the whole process of cutting/stiching/lasting/finishing and quality control process.
4.Lab test knowledge for materials and finished shoe.
5.The skill of balancing the quality, delivery and cost.
6.Healthy and no problem for travelling
