POSITION OVERVIEW
The regulatory specialist intern reports to the Regulatory Specialist and will work on one to two key projects :
? GHS-China
? Textile regulatory, Bluesign certificate
? Furniture products regulatory in China and EU.
? Food packaging products regulatory in China and EU.
? Hygiene(NW) products regulatory in China and EU.

Each project will require through checking of related regulatory and work out the impact of the regulatory to Fuller products and enhence to form regulatory specification for related RMs.

PRIMARY DUTIES
This individual will be responsible for one to two specific projects related to deep investigation on related regulatory. The key steps are as follows:
? Review government website of China and EU to search relative regulation.
? Review the regulation and analyze the restricted substances.
? Identify the substances that impact to Fuller products.
? Develop regulatory specification for relative RMs.
? To cooperate with QA team to implementing the regulatory specification.
? Deliverables will include:
o Project plan and schedule
o Documented regulatory summary and analysis
o Documented restricted substances summary and analysis
o Regulatory specification for relative RMs
o Implementation process for regulatory specification.

In the course of this work, the intern will be involved in a variety of activities which may include:
? Gain a basic understanding of adhesives and some of their applications
? Interact and communicate with global regulatory team, commercial, technical, and operations personnel
? Comply with safe manufacturing practices and assist in the compliance with all-application safety and environmental rules, regulations and procedures.
? Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
? Ability to lead teams and solve problems independently.
? Well practiced organizational skills and ability to plan and meet deadlines.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor degree on Chemical, Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry students
? Experience with Microsoft Office applications, MS Project
? Experience with all searching tools on latest regulatory via all kinds of way.
? Fluent in English reading

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
? Experience on regulatory work
? Experience with adhesives or sealants.
? Experience on analytical work
? Applied project management experience a plus.

Working period:
Able to commit to work at least 3 days per week for 3 months.
