职位描述：
Position: Machining Factory Manager (机加工经理)
Report to: Operation Head
Location: PuDong, Shanghai (Shuttle Bus Provided)

General Purpose
- Machining factory manager drive for machining competitiveness by maintaining high machine utilization and decreasing part costs.
- He/she is responsible for providing machined parts to internal processes and globally to other plants on time according to specification.

Responsibilities:
？ Run, manage and lead factory organization
- Develop, lead and motivate subordinates
- Development and performance reviews
- Maintain and develop management system
- Target state, KPI’s, process KPI’s and action plan
？ Develop and improve machining and supply processes by process management and LEAN tools
- Shop floor management system based on deviation management and continuous improvement
- 5S
- Pull system
？ Expand machining parts scope
？ Run and lead production planning and purchasing
- Run and lead rescheduling in order to improve delivery performance and keep customers aware of delivery dates
- Maintain capacity in system and manage
？ Run and lead equipment maintenance
？ Lead claim handling for internal and external claims

Requirements:
？ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
？ Minimum 6 years experience in leading machining department or factory
？ Process management and LEAN knowledge
？ Experience and knowledge in leading production planning and purchasing will be considered as advantage
？ Experience and knowledge in equipment maintenance
？ Analytical, capability to identify essential and build structures, systems and processes
？ Ability to develop team spirit and get results through team work
？ Self- motivated and target oriented
