Job Description:
1.Comply with company ethics policy and other regulations related EHS, quality policy .
2.Coordinate sourcing tasks in new product development projects / product improvement projects / application research projects of Asia engineering center.
3.Work with plant SCM representative to represent SCM function in product development projects , deliver SCM deliverable per PDP/SCM process requirement.
4.Organize new parts sourcing and track the progress, work with plant SCM/other function for supplier sourcing ,evaluation and selection.
5.Drive cost leadership in new product development projects, to achieve competitive purchase parts cost .
6.Support project team on daily operation, include attending project regular meeting / dealing with PR / arranging supplier technical seminar.
7.Keep project milestone information and supplier sourcing/evaluation/selection progress sharing to related SCM management/colleagues, prepare project report monthly.
8.Collect market supplier / investigate supplier capability / benchmark part cost / analyze breakdown cost for assigned strategy parts.


Reeuirements:
1. University degree in a related field.
2. Minimum five years of working experience in purchasing, supply chain management, engineering or quality.
3.knowledge&abilities
a. Good understanding of process and tools of supply chain management.
b. Good understanding of purchasing processes.
c. Good commercial and financial knowledge of contract laws, purchase terms and conditions, purchase price variance and etc.
d. Excellent understanding of engineering change process, cost tear down and product development process.
e. Good understanding of ISO and EHS requirements.
f. Knowledge of HVAC industry, commodity market and suppliers (local, regional and global).
g. Good knowledge of commodity price and price-cost analysis.
h. Good knowledge of the manufacturing process of HVAC products and commodities.
4.others
a. Pleasant characters and good interpersonal skills.
b. Good negotiation and communication skills , good team player
c. Good project management and team facilitation skills.
d. Good skills in problem solving, benchmarking and continuous improvement.
e. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
