Our client is famous Fortune 500 lean Chemical multinational company.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Implement new product introduction and product transfer and act as a link between global team and local organization
? Responsible as the key technical receiver for product transfer and manage feasibility study locally, including total product cost study
? Perform scale up experiment and define commercial production conditions and perpare BVO
? Ensure safety production from products and implement MOC
? Involve PSM and hazop studies
? Introduce new production technologies from process design and support Capex
? Support raw materials localization projects including production trials, new supplier validation
? Optimize production processes
? Set up process development lab, lead a team and manage budget
? Support complaint investigations
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education: Master or PHD in Chemical engineering or process engineer or equivalent.
Experiences: 8 yrs relevant experience or building up pilot lab experience
Know-how/skills: Chemical Equipment and specialty chemical process knowledge, good and fluent Chinese and English, Computer skills
