POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Central is the administrative and transactional heart of Human Resources. As the HR Central Representative, the ideal candidate will front end with the employees and the managers in China, following the HR Shared Services model
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
The main responsibilities within the role are:
?Front end with the employees via Chat tool and phone support. Attend to the queries coming to HR Central through SCQ tool.
?Process end-to-end employee lifecycle activities such as :
?Staffing and recruitment administration – scheduling of interviews,
?New Hire Administration – preparation of offer package, new hire integrations, relocations etc
?Benefits Administration – enrolment, renewals and termination of employee benefit programs
?Leave & Exit Administration
?Management of Employee Records / filing , and others
?HR Purchasing and Procurement Administration
?Verifies transactions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established policy and procedural requirements
?Provide standard reporting to relevant parties on a timely manner
?Works with the extended Shared Services organization relative to processing requests and using the processes and procedures as defined
?Assist the HR Technology teams with testing and implementation of new functionality, modules and other updates
?Logs, monitors and tracks transactions status in Incident Management tool and escalates transactions, as necessary
?Identify issues that do not comply with current standards, alert the HR Central Manager
?Other duties as required for local HR Admin.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
? Experience of working in an operational environment/ data transaction center is desirable
? 1-2 yrs related work experience in similar field
? Technically savvy
? Working knowledge of HR systems such as Workday,PeopleSoft HCM, Taleo experience or working knowledge of automated job application systems and procedures highly desirable
? Familiarity with a variety of shared services tools – telephony, case management, knowledge management tools
? Excellent English written & verbal communication skills
? Proficient in the use of workstation applications
? Able to handle high volume of work & adapt to change
? Able to plan and manage own time
? Able to rapidly learn technical and business techniques and knowledge
? Quality orientation
? Education - Ideally educated to degree level
