职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE
1. 协调外部和内部资源以确保厂务设施运行良好；
Coordinate all external and internal resource to ensure facility good situation;
2.负责厂区内EHS管理并确保安全运行。
In charge of EHS management to ensure safety working environment and situation.
 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.厂务设备设施相关管理；协调物业公司做好如下工作：
The management of the facility related equipment; Coordinate the property company to do the following job:
1.1.厂务设备Facility equipment：
1.1.1.厂务设施的维修、保养工作：负责公共设施的操作运行、监控、预防性维护及故障处理, 负责新增公共设施的安装, 验证和验收。The maintenance of the facility: be responsible for the operation of public facilities operation monitoring, preventive, maintenance and troubleshooting, responsible for the installation of the new public facilities, verification and acceptance.
1.1.2.工厂配电室、发电机、给排水、空压机、采暖通风与空调、污水处理、消防设施、消防泵房等系统的运行、日常点检、周期性维护保养、应急维修工作，并建立合理备件库。Responsible for the operation, routine inspection, periodic maintenance, emergency repair work and establish the reasonable spare parts warehouse of the following systems: factory substation, electric generator、water supply and drainage, air compressor, heating, ventilating and air conditioning, wastewater treatment, fire-fighting equipment, fire-pump room and so on.
1.1.3.通用设备的日常维修点检、大修计划的制定与实施，并跟踪设备运行状态，对通用设施提出改善计划改善方案并实施，同时做好费用申请、成本和效率分析。Daily maintenance of general equipment, formulation and implementation of the overhaul plan, tracking the status of equipment running, proposed and implement the improvement program to general equipment, and make costs requisition, cost and cost-efficiency analysis.
1.2.厂务设施 Facility：
1.2.1.做好工厂外围设施系统新增、改造等工程；the outside factory system increase and renovation project
1.2.2.工厂设施（照明、车间、办公、厂房等公共设施）和附属建筑物、构筑物的维修、养护和管理，包括道路、室外上下水管道、隔油池、污水雨水泵井、沟渠、停车场等的日常维护保养及修缮维护管理工作；the construction, maintenance, reparation and administration of the facility (lighting, workshop, office and other public facilities), annex(including the road, fluctuation conduit outdoor, the grease trap, rain sewage pump wells, ditch, parking lot and so on).
1.2.3.房屋、建筑物及附属设施的使用管理，对水/电/气设施的新增、改造、维护、废弃以及日常安全使用管理工作。
The management of buildings and ancillary facilities, the increase, maintenance of water/electricity/gas facilities and daily safety management work
1.2.4.厂区绿化布局管理。Management of afforesting the overall plant area
1.3. 保洁 clean-keeping
1.3.1.公共区域环境、设施卫生清洁、卫生消杀； regular cleaning of the public area
1.3.2.公司内部公共区域保洁工作及保洁用品管理. regular cleaning of the company's internal public area and manage of the cleaning supplies
1.4. 安全 safety
1.4.1.维持公共秩序，进行安全保卫、安全巡视、安全值班、消防安全、交通及车辆停放秩序的管理等。The management of public order , traffic and vehicle parking order, inspection tours making, take turns on duty, make sure fire safety and so on.
1.4.2.监督监控安全保卫及其防范工作，与保安工作相关联的外部安全事务的沟通与协调。
Supervise and monitoring the security work, communicate and coordinate with external security issues.
1.4.3.结合电子监控设备,对全厂区范围实施监督监控,防范盗窃、遗失等安全事故的发生.
With the help of electronic monitoring equipment supervise and prevent theft and all the Security incidents.
1.4.4.严格执行员工及所有车辆进出门的检查. 严格门卫登记制度。
 Stricter registration system should be established.
All the people and cars shall submit to inspection by the guard.
对火灾险点重点检查，配合EHS 的管理工作.
Focus on inspection of fire danger point, coordinate the management of EHS.
2.EHS相关工作；协调EHS咨询公司做好如下工作：
Coordinate the EHS consulting company to do the following job,
2.1.EHS 年度工作计划和预算、公司EHS 目标及表现评估
Make out annual EHS working plan and financial budget program, company goals and performance evaluation.
环境、健康、安全培训和有效沟通（岗前安全培训、LOTO培训、特种设备培训管理）
The training of environment, health and safety. Communicate effectively. (Orientation safety training, LOTO training, the training of management work for special equipment)
安全检查和审核 Safety inspection and safety auditing
2.2.EHS 程序文件管理（ISO14001协助）Manage the procedure document (ISO14001)
2.3.职业健康管理Management Of Occupational Health
2.4.工作许可管理 Management of safe work permit (SWP)
2.5.特种设备特种作业人员管理（确保特种设备得到技监局的使用许可，组织叉车，压力容器，行车等年度检测，保持年度报告）
Manage the work of special equipment and operators to make sure special equipment has got the license of the Bureau of Technical Supervision, organize the annual inspection of Forklift, pressure vessel, crane and so on. Make annual report
2.6.消防管理（消防承包商管理、灭火器消防栓及喷淋系统管理及检测、消防演练、防雷及电气安全检测）
Responsible for fire protection(the management of fire contractor, fire extinguisher, fire hydrant and spray system and timely inspection of lightning protection system and electric. fire fighting drill and evacuation drill should be reinforced)
2.7.EHS 法律法规标准 complies with laws and regulations
2.8.EHS 事故报告，调查和处理 make timely accident report, investigate and deal with it.
2.9.EHS 外联工作（安监局、环保局、消防大队、技术监督局、派出所）Carry out external contact work( Administration of Work Safety, environmental protection agency, fire prevention guards, technical supervision bureau and local police station )
2.10.组织各项安全活动 Organize activities of security
2.11.承包商访客管理 the management of visitors to the contractor
2.12.化学品安全管理 the management of chemical safety
2.13.锁定/加标(LOTO) lock out / tag out
2.14.危废管理

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: 中专及以上；technical or above
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5年以上；more then 5 years
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: 厂务管理及EHS相关经验；facility and ehs management related expirence
COMPUTER SKILLS: 熟练操作办公软件；skilled to office software; 举报 分享
