We are a fast-growing regional shipping lines and currently searching for a proactive, analytical and dynamic individual to assist us as Commercial Manager to lead our team and heighten the effectiveness of commercial markets across South East Asia.

Responsibilities:

· Expand on the marketing channels and other potential business

· Evaluate current marketing programs and implement new initiatives as required

· Update the Management of agencies' performance within the territories covered

· To improve operations and office administration within the territories covered

· Ensure that the agents within the countries adhere to agency agreement, contract of carriage and processes.

· Expand partnership network to ensure that business plan and strategies are successfully positioned and effectively executed

· To conduct market/customer surveys and feedback and recommend improvement action steps

· Undertake projects and or tasks assigned by the company from time to time

Key Requirements:

· Min 3 years of working experience with preferences in shipping industry

· Marketing experience with a regional portfolio would be an advantage

· Wide network especially with Shipping communities is preferred

· Excellent command in English and Chinese is desired

· Must have strong work ethics and integrity

· Willing to travel and relocate
