职位描述：

KEY RESULTS AREA

• Follow current analytical methods to provide test result.
• Prepare analytical reports and supportive data to assure accuracy and communicate back with requestor in a proper and prompt manner.
• Evaluate performance of analytical instrumentation and methods.
• Provide general lab administration support as required.
• Label, handle, and inspect hazardous waste material.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

• Master degree of chemical related instrument based analytic / physical-chemical analytic
• Theoretical knowledge and experience in gas chromatography (GC), infrared (IR) spectroscopy, thermal analysis (TA), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the general practice of analytical chemistry are essential.
• Knowledge of coatings, lubricants, emulsions and/or surface chemistry helpful.
• Must possess the written/oral skills necessary to effectively communicate complex technical information to colleagues with varied educational backgrounds;
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• team-minded and quality-conscious
• Good writing and communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
• Integrity, Capacity for teamwork, reliability, originality, creativity and resourcefulness.
