JD: Sales Manager


1. Responsible for the management of the sales team, drive sales team to achieve the sales targets through:
?Following up with partners to make sure sales leads are converted into profitable orders,ensuring effective pipeline management, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
?Evaluate performance, prioritize and develop/coach the existing sales partners, support them to take the next step within sales.
?Find and recruit new sales partners, get them up to speed, e.g. give them sales training.
?Make sure the lift store and show room are being used in a good way, both with sales and marketing activities together with the partners, as well as technical training.
?Act as a liaison between Tech support, finance and Marketing departments.
2. Responsible to supervise the sales cost and expenses.
3. Recruit, training, motivate, and evaluate the salesmen, also support salesmen to achieve the targets.
4. Collect market intelligence and develop corresponding sales strategy.
5. The Sales Manager is likely to be spending 3 or 4 days per week visiting partners and potential partners together with the salesmen.

Experience Required
1. Experience in leading performance improvement in sales/ key account development.
2. Will have a proven record in team leadership for at least 2 years in selling technical equipment/service provision for example in sectors such as household electric appliances, air conditioner etc.
3. Experienced in build up team and train the team.

Education and Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree.
2. English fluent in writing and speaking.

岗位职责:
1.负责销售团队的管理,带领销售团队达成销售目标,通过:
    -跟进潜在客户信息,确保客户信息转化为订单;做好潜在客户信息池管理,以实现销售目标;
    -对现有代理商进行支持、培训和管理,充分调动开拓代理商的积极性,以完成当年的销售目标;
    -开发新代理商,培训支持新代理商以尽快开始销售,步入正轨。
    -确保代理商的展厅得以正确有效的使用,联和市场部、代理商进行销售和市场活动或培训;
    -与其它部门做好衔接、配合与沟通,如技术部、财务人事部及市场部等。
2. 负责销售成本和费用的把控。
3. 销售团队的组建、培训、激励和评估,支持销售人员达成工作目标。
4. 搜集市场信息,并开发相应的销售对策。
5. 需经常出差同销售人员一起拜访现有代理商、潜在代理商和终端用户(如需要)。

工作经验要求:
1.有出色的销售或大客户开发工作经验和显著业绩;
2.至少2年以上的销售管理经验,高档家电、空调等相关行业优先;
3. 有组建团队和培训团队的经验。

学历要求:
1.统招本科以上。
2.英文听说读写流利,可作为工作语言。
