职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Process & follow-up on Customers' Orders with External Customers, Service Providers and Internal functions.
2. Execute timely shipping arrangements with Customers & related functions
3. Coordinate with Internal departments for necessary actions/follow-up
4. Communicate with customer about order information, such as lead time, shipping schedule, inventory availability, changes on the orders if any
5. Perform data entry functions for work orders, prepare all shipping documents, labels according to customer request
6. Local warehouse coordinate
7. Providing support to Sales Department.
8. Any other duty as assigned by manager.
Job Requirements:
1. Two years working experience in Chemical industry in customer service or logistics coordination would be highly preferred.
2. Major in Chemistry is a plus
3. Good communication skills.
4. Excellent command of written English
5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform under stress
6. Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
