Job descriptions
- Help prepare and submit Payment Notification (PN) form.
- Help prepare payment schedules and check documents.
- Assist team member on ac-hoc issues.

Requirement
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Admin or accounting knowledge is preferred but not a must.
- Available for internship lasting for half a year at least, 5 days per week.
- Reliable, detailed-oriented, able to work with the team.

工作职责
- 协助填写并提交付款申请单；
- 协助付款报销流程和进度的安排，并检查相关资料；
- 协助部门同事完成临时交付的任务。

基本要求
- 良好的英语读写阅读和写作能力；
- 行政类或财务相关背景优先考虑；
- 能实习半年以上，每周5天；
