Job location: Qingdao
Position:Operation
Providing high quality daily Operations service to customers;
communication with oversea agents via Mail and Phone.
Good coordination between customers’ service requests and Carriers’ standard service guideline;
Be pro-active on daily Operations process including ocean transportation , airfreight operation

Be familiar with freight forwarder business

工作地点：青岛
职位：海运/空运指定货操作
熟悉客服及日常国际货运操作流程，能高效处理邮件，协调并解决shipper/ 订舱代理/ 船公司/ overseas agent的相关要求。
英文4级以上。
3-4年FOB指定货工作经验者优先。
