REQUIREMENT(要求):
1.Bacheor degree or above,Graduated from chemistry or Chemical
engineering.
本科以上学历,化学或化学工程专业。
2. 5 years sales experience of promoting in rubber, rubber additives or plastic
additives,two years as a technician
不少于5 年在橡胶原料,橡胶助剂或塑料添加剂销售工作经验,其中有至少两
年的技术经验。其他行业勿投。
3. be familiar with many brands and products in rubber industry.
熟识橡塑行业内各大品牌及产品,有人脉资源者佳。
4. Self-motivated and strong self-learning capability. Strong skills of
coordination and communication.
有较强的自主性和自学能力, 良好的合作及沟通能力
5. Fluent in both oral and written English as well as good skills of computer
application.(we will interview in English)
较强的英语口语及书写能力,熟练掌握计算机操作.全英语面试,英语不佳者

6. Willing to travel for business frequently.
能适应经常出差。
7. Teamwork spirit.

8. Have driving license

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
1. Find and develop new potential customers in the area to promote rubber
additives and other products.
在所属负责区域内寻找并发展潜在客户推广我们的助剂及其他产品。
2. Take over the key customers in responsible area and maintain good
relationship,increase sales
负责区域内的大客户开发工作并维护良好客户关系,提高现有销售额。
3. Visit and follow up potential customers and making report regularly.
定期拜访并跟踪潜在客户并及时给予公司回馈。
4. Make efforts to convert potential into actual in short time and enter into
sales period. Establish customer database.
在短时期内有效地将潜在客户转化为实际客户,并建立客户档案创造销售业
绩。
5. Responsibility of pricing and quotation to customers.
负责对客户报价。
6. Key projects monitoring and following.
重要项目的跟进,确保项目有条不紊的进行。
7. Fulfill sales budget, follow up payment status and finish payment in time.
完成销售预算,跟踪付款情况,在规定的时间内完成回款。
8. Follow up customer complaints, assist customer service and fulfill
improvements programs.
跟进客户投诉情况,协助客户服务执行改进。
9. Collect and feedback competitor’s info. Regularly.
时常搜集并反馈竞争对手的信息。
10. Promote brand awareness of BM in the responsible area.
在所负责区域内推广BM 品牌。
11. Finish all other works assigned by Division Manager.
完成上级交付的所有其他工作
