职位描述：
Essential Functions主要职责：
1、 To examine and verify or compile technical document that including technical
flow chat, work instruction;
工艺文件的审核或编制，包括工艺流程图、作业指导书；
2、 To apply frock and fixtures and participate the identification and improvement,
according to technical requirement;
根据工艺要求提出工装、夹具申请并参与其鉴定和改进；
3、 According to the requirement of production and work instruction, organize
employee to conduct process training and examination;
根据生产和作业指导书要求，组织员工工艺培训和考核；
4、 Analyzing and solving site technical problems’,feedback,record in time;
分析和解决生产现场出现的技术问题，及时反馈和记录；
5、 Process planning and improvement;
工艺策划及工艺改进;
6、 Participating in product auditing, which is the feasible auditing of product
process and productbility control;
参与产品评审，对产品工艺、生产性控制的可行性评审；
7、 Participating in the disposal of parts and rejects and put forward improvement
measures;
参与零部件与不合格品的处理工作，并提出其改进措施；
8、 Establishment related file of APQP;
APQP相关文件的编制;
9、 Complete other tasks assigned by the leader;
负责完成领导交办的其他工作;
Education, Experience and Physical Requirements学历，工作经验及体力要求:
1、 Above or equivalent to the undergraduate, Machinery manufacturing or
process engineering related major.
本科以上，机械制造或工艺工程相关专业。
2、 Above 3 years related work experience.
三年以上相关工作经验。
3、 Familiar with Word, Excel software;
熟悉办公软件，如WORD\EXCEL。
4、 Familiar with Auto CAD and Pro/e.
熟练操作Auto CAD，Pro/e 等软件。
5、Familiar or trained quality management tools is preferred;
熟悉或接受过五大质理管理工具培训者优先考虑；
6、Fluent English skills.
具备英语交流能力。
7、 Communication and analytical ability, technical innovation ability
具备沟通能力、分析能力、技术创新能力。
8、 To stress the professional ethics and keep the confidentiality.

The facility covers more than 60,000 square meters, and construction capacity is more than 35,000 square meters. We continuously introduced the advanced equipments respectively U.S.A. Italy and other ries. Our products will covered in high-quality Oil filters, Fuel filters, Air filters and others, to satisfy increasingly Road and OFF-Road cars demands.
2016年5月4日，美国阿菲尼亚集团被德国曼胡默尔集团正式并购，并保留WIX, FILTRON品牌, 阿菲尼亚旗下子公司龙口维克斯滤清器有限公司正式更名为龙口曼胡默尔滤清器有限公司，隶属于曼胡默尔集团下德国独资公司。
AFFINIA Group U.S.A was acquired by MANN+HUMMEL Group Germany on May 4, 2016. WIX and FILTRON Brand will be kept by MANN+HUMMEL and the subsidiary Longkou Wix Filtration CO.,LTD has officially changed the name to Longkou MANN+HUMMEL Filtration CO.,LTD, which is belong to the subsidiary of MANN+HUMMEL Group.
