职位描述：
Job description:
1. Manage the whole technical part of the repair process: acceptance, diagnostic, repair and shipment preparation.
2. Responsible to enter, maintain the repair SAP module as well as to issue the needed report to Headquarters.
3. Issue regularly report (quarterly) to collect the warranty costs, as well as being responsible to communicate anomalous and/or suspect epidemic failures to BUs central Tech Support and Quality dept.
4. Assisted by BUs and Central Repair Operations to ensure updating-training and appropriate knowledge of the repair processes and tools
5. Be helped by Customer Admin and Financial Admin to complete the receiving, delivering and invoicing processes

Requirement:
1. 3 to 5 years in a similar capacity , working on same or related products and technologies
2. Self driven , able to prioritize and manage his work schedule effectively
3. Minimum education is High School graduated (with good hand-on experience)
4. Good English skills in reading and writing, good oral English is a priority 举报 分享
