职位描述
I. Brief Description
The Sales Support Representative role is to provide good, timely and informative administrative and sales support to the Outside Sales Representatives and Sales Managers. The aim is to enable Sales Representatives to spend more time on selling by lowering their administrative burden.
This position is designed to support TSI local sales team daily business management, company directions, corporate policies, so as to assist trade/sales management for better business solutions.
II. Key Result Areas
- Support sales representatives in their day to day business activities, including administrative desktop tasks and customer enquiries
- Support Outside and Executive sales representatives in developing customer relationships and responding to customer enquiries, such as providing quotations, information & pricing details, especially for spot customers and other customers requiring fast responses
- Compilation of weekly and ad hoc statistics for analysis purposes, including performance reports and account monitoring
III. Key Accountabilities/Duties
- Receiving sales enquiries and providing quotations, sales information support, and pricing details in response to customer enquiries
· Answer daily customers' inquiries, simple problem solving skills needed
- Support sales representatives in their day to day business activities, including administrative desktop tasks (rate updates, rate filing activities, CRM updates, NTV calculations etc.) and customer enquiries
- Compilation of weekly and ad hoc customer-specific statistics for analysis purposes, including performance reports and account monitoring
· Option roll selection guided by supervisor
· Space and booking monitor using existing format and report
· Short fall monitoring using existing format
- Preparation of presentation materials, reports and flyers
· Customer profile preparation under pre-designed format
- Provide administrative assistance on account set up, dangerous goods requests and credit verification requests, set-up of customer cap-codes and corresponding sales territory credit, uploading and updating of sales territory budget allocation
- In countries where possible, provide lead generation support through market intelligence, external lead generation and desktop based research (JoC review, exhibit monitoring…)
· Managing Leads and maintain sales leads distribution
- In territories where possible, support on sales negotiations with clients and Trade, service performance feedback to network and forecast reports
- Assist sales managers and salesperson to contact customers for responses to survey questionnaires
- Provide information and assistance to CSR in resolving customer requests and issues which require input from Sales
- Accomplishing tasks as assigned by Sales Director, Sales Managers, including ad hoc analyses and report requests
· Daily booking and weekly lifting report (pre-designed) with simple analysis needed
· Weekly AFS report (pre-designed) with simple analysis
· Prepare presentation material for Trade/Sales Manager or Sales, guided by Manager/Supervisor
· Other reports according to Sales/Managers requests
IV. Incumbent Specification
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years working experiences
