职位描述：
1）作为AEEA精英教育联盟内美国中学的校方代表，重点拓展山东地区的留学中介和渠道合作。
2）负责为留学中介端顾问及时解答美国中学留学相关的疑问，并不定期培训留学顾问。
3）协助安排留学中介客户以及学生的面试、录取、寄宿家庭安置、美国校园参观等事宜。
4）维护与中介渠道客户的良好合作关系，并积极跟进潜在客户。
5）参与公司安排的项目推广和营销活动。

工作要求：
1，性格：乐观，积极，善良，口齿清晰，善解人意。
2，职业偏好：喜欢销售工作，喜欢有挑战的工作，喜欢教育及相关工作。
3，能够适应经常出差。
4，本科以上学历，英语6级以上，欢迎英语口语流利者。
5，具有较强的人际沟通能力、高度的工作热情，能承受一定的工作压力。
6，有留学行业工作背景优先。

We are a leading global education provider that keeps growing in China. And we are seeking an experienced international education professional with experience of representing U.S. Institutions, especially high schools. The overall objectives of the position are to support the development of Agent Network and implement the marketing plan for the region.

1. At least 2 years experience in promoting US education in China.
2. Demonstrated understanding of agent business processes and needs, as well as counselor connections (especially relating to high school recruitment).
3. Demonstrated ability to multi-task; must have a desire to be part of a fast-paced start-up environment
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly.
5. Strong customer service skills with experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
6. Strong time management and organizational skills to maintain own workflow and meet deadlines; able to work autonomously as well as being a good team player.
7. Be a cultural ambassador: maintain respect and understanding of other cultures while always willing to teach others about your own culture.
8. Good proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, and spoken).
9. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Power Point and Excel.
10.Good understanding of the digital space (social media, digital/integrated marketing, technology, mobile, online promotions or communication.
11.Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Market Research, Communications, Advertising or a related discipline.
12. Meet demanding sales targets for US high schools and overall targets.
13. Frequent travel to visit agents to provide training and support, and also attend workshops and events to promote the institution.
14. High profile role through regular presentations to partners.
15. Assist with annual marketing plan and prepare promotional materials.
16. Assist with new market, product and service development that is highly valued by this dynamic education group.

Qualifications:
1. Strong written and oral capability in Mandarin & English language
2. Possession of a tertiary degree level qualification and/or 1-2 years of marketing experience
3. Demonstrate high level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills inclusive of presentation skills
4. Demonstrated and proven ability as a team player
5. Demonstrated flexible attitude to work (e.g. in hours and content),including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of recruitment activities both locally and internationally
6. Demonstrated ability to initiate and implement effective sales tactics which have made a significant contribution to sustainable business growth
7. Demonstrated innovative thinking and proactive work habits inclusive of an eye for detail and for new recruitment initiatives
8. Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines, changing priorities and to take responsibility for decisions and outcomes
9. Demonstrated ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure competing demands are met

Desirable
1. International work experience in the education / language sector
2. Overseas study experience in U.S.
