Task
1.Manage SP tasks in dedicated projects
?Planning, steering and monitoring of Development- and Customization projects, especially the first HoV’s of a new seat type
?Member of the Core project team, participation at project team meetings from project Kick-off until project closure, Participation at all project audits
?Responsible for part expediting for all test seat commissions and Head of versions
?Adherence to the agreed goals of the project especially material costs and delivery dates, if necessary escalation
?Project Planning of SP part in development project as well as Project OEB timeline planning of milestones for customizing projects
?Responsible for reaching material cost target, in case of deviations set up remedial actions
2.Manage interface and information flow to other departments
?Assure, that SP especially each commodity buyer gets all relevant information on time. This includes Engineering data (BoM’s, Spec’s, drawings, …) and relevant project milestones
?Assure the information flow into Purchasing department
?Assure the information flow to all other in project involved departments
?Involved in the technology and supplier selection for parts and responsible for the integration of supplier know-how in the development
3.Reporting and Shop floor management
?Monitor project progress until the project closure
?Regular reporting regarding the project progress within SP via the different Shop floor Meetings with a One-Pager per project, if needed initiate an escalation
?Create a management overview for all critical projects
4.Represent purchasing strategy and interests
?Assure, that all relevant milestones for SP are feasible
?Assure that all milestones are met by SP on time
?If there are deviations at any topic at a project initiate appropriate actions to solve the topic, if needed escalation
?Realize the purchasing strategy in all relevant projects
?Initiate and escalate activities to assure the SP tasks fulfilment
?Early identification of risks and initiate remedial actions
5.Problem solving/ Trouble shooting
?Participate in all project tasks or topics where a problem exists
?which can affect somebody in SP to do its job
?Contribute in or Initiate problem solving process and assure that all necessary actions in SP will be done
?Assure problem solving within SP requirements
?Monitor actions to avoid delays including internal trouble shooting

Qualification
Bachelor degree or above
4 years in purchasing and/or project management
Good English communication skills
SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Project)
