工作内容： 1. 根据生产计划准备并检查原料，对于需要预处理的原料预，严格按照要求进行准备。 2. 根据标准操作工艺进行产品制作并按要求进行记录，确保生产过程满足工艺要求。 3. 根据工艺要求进行过程检验。te 控制搅拌过程参数以确保产品在规定的条件下进行生产。 4. 在生产过程中及时找出和发现异常，并及时汇报给上级进行有效处理。 5.据经验和发现及时提出有效的合理化建议，帮助产品的改进和发展。 6.按照要求做好现场生产设备的清洁工作，确保生产操作的及时有效。 7.与工艺工程师紧密合作及时更新作业指导书。 8.做好设备和工具的防护和保养，确保设备和工具始终处于良好的可用状态。 9.负责现场的5S和EHS活动。 岗位要求： -化学及相关专业大学或大专背景，1年以上电子材料生产经验优先。 -外资公司工作经验优先 -在线班长经验优先 -具备良好的交流和团队精神 Mixing Technician - Yantai Connecting What Matters Mixing Technician Product mixing and process monitoring. Description: Reporting to Plant Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible to make the product with appropriate records according to the Standard Operation Procedure. The person shall carry out process testing base on specification requirement and control the mixing process parameters to make sure products make under required condition. This position needs to observe mixing process and report abnormality to chemist and plant manager timely. Besides, he / she needs to raise the reasonable proposals to the chemist and the plant manager about the mixing process to optimize the manufacturing process continuously. Lastly, this position needs to prepare and check raw materials, work out production plan, build work instructions with processing operator and chemist, upgrade working procedure, clean mixers with requirements and make sure equipment and tools under good condition. Requirements: To be considered you shall have at least 1 year working related experience of electronic materials manufacturing/downloading/packaging. Bachelor degree or college graduate in chemistry related background is encouraged to apply. P riority is given to previous work experience as shift leader in chemical industry and from a multinational company. The candidate shall have good communication skills, willing to learn attitude and have good teamwork.
